Amp Designer Logic Pro X
Hi there!
Just joined this forum (see the intro topic) and am trying to start with home recording guitar / bass and drum programming.
Online there's so much to find that its difficult to exactly find what I need.
The situation:
I have a Macbook Air that I want to use as my DAW running Logic pro x with an iRig2 interface.
Now I'm wondering if this is the right way to go.
Using the iRig with AmpliTube on my iPhone works, but then I can't change amps and cabs anymore after recording.
Should I use AmpliTube Custom Shop as a VST instead? It looks like it's working very good, but I'd like to have an Orange amp and it's d*mn expensive, so I would like to know if it's worth the money are that there are other, perhaps cheaper, ways to go.
All advice will be highly appreciated

Logic Guitar Software
Recording Guitar In Logic Pro X
Here you can see how to set up a chained pair of Channel EQ plug-ins to reduce levels of hum and noise in a guitar recording. Logic 's High Cut EQ and Low Cut EQ can also be effective in cleaning up the sound of the electric guitar, because, as a rule, the guitar sound has quite a limited frequency response, while the noise may continue right. TWITTER: http://www.patreon.com/musictechhelpguy. Using a UA Apollo Twin with Logic Pro X, I cannot record guitar without it clipping. I've tried messing with input levels within Logic and UA Console, but then the signal is weak and quiet compared to Metronome which is very loud unless I turn down the monitor, and then obviously the guitar is even quiet - barely audible.
